2018-08-21 11:22:42Bulgarian, First: Money for tickets were in my hand when the police stopped the bus. We just got into the bus and were stopped in 2 seconds. Second: The policeman didn't explain us anything regarding why we were detained. If we would understand what was going on we would keep calm, but there we no explanations. The policeman's words were only "Wait, wait, wait". Wait for what?! Wait till when?! We were just a family trying to get to our hotel in Elenite after a walk in Sveti Vlas. As I said due to the policeman's restriction we missed another bus. Once again - there were reasons to detain us and noexplanations followed. Third: When I'm on a vacation I never carry my passport with me if I go somewhere not far from the place that I stay. I keep my passport in a safe box in a hotel. If someone needs to see it - no problem, let's go, I'll show it to you. In fact that's what exactly happened that evening - I asked the policeman why he didn't let us go, within 15 minutes he was saying "Wait, wait, wait". Ok, we waited. 20 minutes later when the next bus to Elenite has gone I said "WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?". The policemen replied: "Show me your passport". After that I said that he may go with us in our hotel and see it there. But what the reporter says?! He says we required the police to escort us to our hotel Finally: The article seemd to me as "Another hot news about scandal with Russians". We were shown as an inadequate angry people, but it's not truth at all. Once again, there were absolutely no reasons to detain us. And it was the policeman's obligation to explain us why we were detained. I do respect laws and regulations of any country I visit and I do expect observation of my personal rights and freedom where ever I am. And also very important thing - I don't like to read lies written by reportes trying to catch "Hot news" without understanding a situation and facts. Have a nice day.

2018-08-18 09:37:35The largest part of the article is absolute false. I’m that angry Russian tourist who is on a photo and who is described in the article. In fact the situation was as follows: me, my wife and our daughter came to a bus stop to get on a bus to Elenite. Fort Noks shuttle bus arrived and we got in. We even didn’t pay for tickets yet and the bus was stopped by police for driver’s documents check. We thought that there were no claims to us from police and we tried to get to another bus to Elenite which arrived to the bus stop, but the policeman didn’t let us to fo that. Buses to Elenite go every 40 minutes, so our freedom was illegally limited for at least 40 minutes. We didn’t ask police to drive us to our hotel. Policeman asked us to show him our passports (!!!!!). We said that our passports are in our hotel and if he wants to see our passports he may go with us to Elenite and see them there. Finally in about 30 minutes Fort Noks shuttle driver’s documents were checked, he got into the bus and pushed the gas pedal as hard as he could. We were standing outside and if we wouldn’t run after him shouting “stop!!!” he would drive away without us. So in fact the situation was not an “action with nervous Russian tourists”, but the police abuse of our discretion. There were absolutely no reasons to limit our freedom. We were not guilty in nothing, we just were trying to get to our hotel. Please delete the article as it doesn’t correspond to facts
